it's no secrete that buni misses pepe. a lot. every time we talk on the phone, it's all about pepe. this blog is for pepe but also for buni, to make sure that she does not miss packets of his life, even though she is geographically an ocean away. so today i called buni to wish her happy birthday. she was at bran supervising the construction of a new house. she mentioned that there are a few excavators and she will take a picture of herself in one and send it to pepe. so when i got picked up from the train station by chris and a tired ready for his nap pepe, i mentioned that buni has a big excavator that she drives. pepe did not say much. when he woke up after his nap, first thing he said was about buni, how she has an excavator, and go on a plane to see buni and drive the excavator. and we might actually do so this summer, pepe and i, as soon as we find reasonably priced tickets!
