AM: How is the new school
P: I don't like school. I like to stay home and spend time with mommy and daddy.
AM: I know you like to play with mommy and daddy, but school is fun, too.
P: No (pout).
AM: Why?
P: Because I cry cause I miss mommy and daddy (disclaimer -not what I hear from the teachers....)
AM: But don't you like the teachers?
P: No, I don't like them (smiles and starts laughing and gives me a behind the eye look)
